Stollen with Hazelnut Marzipan

Stollen is a yeasted German bread with nuts, dried fruits, spices, marzipan, and powdered sugar typically eaten around Christmas. In this version, we replace the raisins with dried apples and cranberries and fill the center with hazelnut marzipan. This bread has all of the best holiday flavors and goes so well with a cup of hot coffee!

Caramel Apple Pie with Brown Butter Crust

This caramel apple pie is a classic autumn dessert. Pink Lady and Honeycrisp apples are baked with brown sugar, apple pie spice, and caramel sauce. And, we make a toasty, nutty brown butter crust to amplify the caramelized flavor. It is without a doubt the best caramel apple pie ever!

Apple Butter Cinnamon Rolls with Brown Butter Frosting

Apple butter cinnamon rolls are doughy, simple to make, and topped with the most perfect brown butter frosting! These are one of my all-time favorite desserts for autumn.
